- As soon as the grinded chapatis become fried, the fried onion is to be added to it and stirred a little. The CHAPATI PULAO is ready to be served.
In a large bowl, stir together the flours and salt. Use a wooden spoon to stir in the olive oil and enough water to make a soft dough that is elastic but not sticky. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, chapati, poori or pulao. Note - You can adjust the consistency of the gravy according to your personal preferences by increasing or decreasing the quantity of water. Variations - You can add paneer or tofu to the gravy while adding the vegetables.
