Potatoes, tomatoes, green peas all mashed together with spices and lemon and paired with buttery. Pav bhaji is a fast food dish from India consisting of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll. Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.then add ginger and green chilli and mix well.now add chopped onions and cook for two minutes.
  2. Now add tomatoes puree and cook for five minutes.add all spices and mix well.
  3. Add chopped vegetables and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes at medium flame.
  4. Now add pav bhaji masala,green chilli sauce and vinegar and mix well.
  5. After 10 minutes add tomato sauce and again cook for five minutes.take pav, apply butter on it and roast them on hot tava.take pav bhaji in a bowl add butter, onion and coriander leaves and serve hot with pav.
