  3. In a big thal,put Aata,mix little haldi, Red chilli powder and salt and put oil/ghee,make thick dough and keep aside for 5mins,than make Paratha by putting mixture of Gobi masala and put in Tawa,fry both sides by putting Oil/ghee, lastly serve with green chutney and Curd(dahi)
