  2. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  3. Take 1 tsp chaat masala
  4. Get 1 potato boiled, peeled and mashed
  5. Get 1/4 bowl peas boiled
  6. Make ready 1 bowl grated(cabbage, cauliflower, carrot,onion)
  7. Prepare 1 green chilli chopped
  8. Prepare 4-5 cashewnuts crushed
  9. Get 4-5 raisins
  10. Take as required oil to cook paratha

The dough for parathas is much like the dough for chapatis. Traditionally, a good Indian meal comprises of roti (paratha), dal and rice. The same is replicated here in the form of Amaratha Paratha, Red Lentils dal and Pulao (rice) Here I specifically choose "Masoor" or Red Lentils.   1. Knead aata along with salt and 1 spoon oil and give it a rest for 30 mins
  2. Mix potato, peas, vegetables(squeezed as water will make rolling difficult), chilli, cashews, raisins and chaat masala
  3. Make balls with kneaded aata and fill mixture.
  4. Roll out paratha and cook on medium flame.
  5. Cook from both sides with help of oil and enjoy with pickle and butter

Navratan Korma is simple and Easy. It's a delicious sweet curry which includes fruits as well. Mostly it is liked along with Indian bread. Navratan when we split, it is nav and ratan, a Hindi word. Nav means nine and Ratan means Jewel.
