  17. Take 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  18. Take 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  19. Make ready 1 tsp Biriyani masala
  20. Prepare 1 tsp Kesar milk
  21. Get 1 tsp Kewra water
  22. Get As needed Coriander & mint leaves

  1. Cook Basmati rice with salt & whole garam masala(one bay leaf, cinnamon/ dalchini stick, star anise, 2 to each clove & elaichi) when chawal start boiling put few drops of lemon so that grain will not stick each other & chawal look white
  2. Heat Ghee & oil in a kadai put chopped onion fry brown for garnishing, keep aside. With the same oil put onion paste fry till translucent add ginger garlic paste. Now add all the vegetables one by one, add tomato puree, beaten curd.put all dry masala& salt. Don't add extra water vegetables will release water cover the lid. After done this vegetables turning off gas add chopped coriander & mint leaves
  3. Now take one large microwave proof vessel put one layer of rice then put layer of vegetables and put last layer of rice, sprinkle kesar milk, spread brown onion & little mint leaves, sprinkle little bit of ghee.After arranging everything keep this vessel into microoven &set oven for 1to 2mins.
