Preheat the oven and bake at 180° degree celsius for 30 minutes, or until the pav turns golden brown from top. - once the pav is out of the oven, apply butter to get a shiny look. - Also, cover with a damp cloth to get a super soft pav and allow to cool completely. - Finally, enjoy ladi pav with preparing pav bhaji or vada pav or dabeli.

Now pressure cook all the vegetables with one glass of water and dont forget to add salt… - Now mash the vegetables with patoto masher. - Now heat a pan or kadai and add oil and one tablespoon of butter. Once the butter melts add finely chopped onions and saute on a low to medium flame till the onions becomes soft. hen add ginger-garlic paste,mix and saute it.
  6. Now add 2 cups tomato puree and chopped capsicum and mix it well. ow add all the masala and saute till the oil starts releasing from the sides.
  7. Now add the cooked and mashed vegetables and mix nicely. Then add salt as per taste. - keep on stirring occasionally and let the bhaji cook for 8 to 10 minutes. You can add water to adjust consistancy. It should be neither very thick nor thin. When the bhaji is simmering, you can fry the pav so that you serve the pav with hot bhaji. slice the pavs. Apply butter on the both sides and fry them on tava… You can add pavbhaji masala or little pavbhaji also on tava while frying pavs.
