  2. Heat butter in a pan add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste saute until they turn into pinkis than add chopped tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
  3. Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala mix well.
  4. Add boiled potatoes and veggies. Mashed the veggies with masher and mix well.
  5. Add little water if required and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  7. Heat butter in a tawa and roast pav both sides.
  8. Enjoy your pav-bhaji.
