- Boil cauliflower, cabbage, peas, carrot, beans, potato for 5 minutes adding salt. Keep aside. Add salt to paneer and keep aside. Add oil and butter to pan. Fry cashew nuts and keep aside. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom. Add onion, ginger, garlic, chilli paste. Cook for 3 minutes.

- Add boiled vegetables. Add pineapple, pomegranate, grapes, cashew nuts, raisins, paneer. Mix and cook for couple of minutes. Ready to serve.
