Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
  1. Boil the veggies separately
  2. Once they are boiled mashed them evenly with masher
  3. In a pan add oil add finely chopped onions and saute them
  4. After that add tomato puree and cook well
  5. Add salt red chilli pav bhaji masala and cook by adding some water
  6. Now add mashed veggies and mix it
  7. Add some water and let it cook
  8. After few minutes add butter and squeeze a lemon and let it cook for few minutes
  9. Serve it with buttery pav and enjoy

Variants of the dish may use other bread varieties such as chapati, roti or brown bread.. Pav Bhaji is a medley of mashed vegetables simmered in onion tomato gravy, special pav bhaji masala powder and lots of butter. Serve them with Ladi Pav Pav Bhaji bread, a dollop of butter on top of the Bhaji, along with chopped onions and lemon wedges. Some people call is Pau Bhaji, Paav Bhaji, Paav Bhajji, Pav Bhaji Masala.
