- Add Pav bhaji masala, red chill, Salt, turmeric & add all chopped veggies & water mix well press the cancel and close lid with vent in sealing position, cook on high pressure for 8 mins.
- Turn off heat, let the pressure release naturally.
- Put on medium flame and let bhaji boil for a minute. Bhaji mash with hand blinder & potatoes masher. Boil for 2 mins. Add coriander leaves & paneer.
- When u serving add lemon juice, spring onion,butter.
