  2. In a vessel add oil, onion, garlic,green chilli fry thm.
  3. Now add tomato puree cook fr 2mnt,add red chilli powder, pavbhaji masala, soya sauce, vinegar stir well
  4. Add mashed veggies & 1/2 cup water cook fr 2mnt. Add butter, kasuri methi, coriander leaves stir well. Ready to serve🙂
