Instructions to make Pav bhaji platter:
  1. For making bhaji In a pressure cooker add potatoes, carrot, cauliflower, peas, 1 table spoon pav bhaji masala and 1 table spoon salt. Add water till veggies are covered. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook it on medium flame for 5 to 6 whistles.
  2. Veggies are soft and cooked now mash them with a masher. In a pan add some oil, 3 table spoon butter And ginger garlic paste. Add finally chopped onion. Fry till onion is lightly golden brown.
  3. Add 1 finally chopped capsicum mix it and for a while. Add 3 table spoon pav bhaji masala, laal mirch. mix well.. add mashed veggies, mix well. Mash it again with pav bhaji masher. Add salt as per taste. Add chopped coriander leaves and butter. Add water as needed. Cook it for 5 minutes. Garnish it with some butter and coriander leaves. Your yummy pav bhaji is ready
  4. FOR ROASTING PAV Cut pav from the centre.Put the pan on the stove. Let it warm. Put oil on it approx. 2tbsp.Then put pav on it and press it with your hand or any cloth. Now pav is ready and take it on a serving plate.
  5. For pulao While cooking rice, add turmeric and salt. In a pan, add jeera, add chopped onion and saute it till it turns pink in colour. then add tomato and veggies cook them till they become soft. Then add ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix them all together.
  6. Now add rice, lemon juice remaining pav bhaji masala, mix them all together. cook it for another 2-3min then turn off the gas. In a plate, serve rice and garnish it with coriander leaves, onion, lemon slice and roasted papad. serve hot.
  7. FOR MAKING CABBAGE SALAD Take some grated cabbage in a bowl and add some chopped tomatoes, coriamder leaves and add salt and chaat masala as per taste and mix it well. Now your cabbage salad is ready. Garnish it by keeping a green chilli over it.
  8. Garnish the serving plate with help of onion and papad
