  6. Then add turmeric powder and cook for 5 minutes until the rawness of the onion and tomato goes. Then add Kashmiri red chilli powder and garam masala powder. Fry for a minute.
  7. Since paneer cubes are frozen we need to soak them in lukewarm water for 2minutes.
  8. Now add the same water used for soaking paneer to the fried mixture and boil. Then add the fried vegetables and cook for a minute.
  9. Then add fenugreek leaves/ kasuri methi and cook for a minute.
  10. Now add the paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes. Don't overcook to retain the softness of the paneer.
  11. Paneer vegetable kadai is ready to be served. Serve it with warm chapathis or rotis.
