  8. When you see oil leaving the sides add the boiled potatoes and cauliflower and mix all this thoroughly.
  9. To this add a cup of water and mix and let it cook. Mash the potatoes and cauliflower with the help of a big spoon.
  10. Add water when necessary, do not let the gravy be dry. When you see everything amalgamated and cooking nice and bubbling remove it from fire.
  11. Squeeze the juice of a lime to it.
  12. Garnish the pav bhaji with coriander, cut pieces of onion, and a dollop of butter.
