- Make ready 1/4 cup mustard oil
- Get 1/2 cup fresh cream

Add in grated potatoes and all the items given for kofta to this and make into thick mix. Grate the Cauliflower and keep it in a wide bottom utensil. Make a fine paste of coriander,green chilli, red chilli and Paneer without adding water. Add this paste to the grated cauliflower.

- Mix the vegetables in a bowl add salt and leave it for 5 mins.
- Remove the excess water by pressing it between your palm from the veggies
- Now add the remaining ings and make a dough
- Deep fry till golden brown

- Now take a pan and heat mustard oil
- Add all the dry masalas stir for a second
- Now add the paste and cook well on low flame till it starts leaving oil
- Now add curd milk and cream and again cook till the oil floats
- Keep stirring in between add the extract pulp of the veggies.
- Let it cook on low flame for 10_12 mins toll.oil flaots on top.
Add mashed potatoes,corn flour,multigrain flour,Chaat masala, Garam masala, sri racha sauce,ginger garlic paste and thick yogurt. Place cauliflower, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, cauliflower leaves and coriander leaves in a chopper and blitz until finely chopped (not pureed). Add besan (gram flour) salt, garam masala, chilli powder. It is considered a tasty vegetable that has a distinct aroma and crunchiness.
