But it tastes absolutely different with or without cooking the gobhi. For Stuffing, finely grate the cauliflower florets head. In a wok add oil and sauté the green chilli and add cauliflower and sauté again for few mins. Add all spices and mix well.
Steps to make Cauliflower stuffed Paratha:
- Make a soft dough of wheat flour adding 1 tsp salt or as per taste
- For stuff crush the cauliflower and add jeera powder,black pepper, coriander powder
- Heat 1tsp oil in a pan and put chopped green chillies along with the mixture to fry.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until having not moisture in it. Add little salt and chopped green coriander leaves
- Place it in a plate to let cool
- Make a ball a little heavier than taba roti ball.Make a roti with the help of roller.
- Take some mixture of pre cooked cauliflower and flow it on the centre of roti. Now mould the circle shaped roti from the sides to give square shape,mixture should be covered.
- Now fry it on Tawa from both sides
- Enjoy it with hot tea,chutney or curd
Let it cool completely before stuffing. To make the stuffing for the Gobi Paratha, add all the ingredients for the stuffing - Cauliflower florets, chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, flax seeds, cumin powder and salt into a Food Processor. Pulse to make a coarse mixture of the gobi stuffing mixture.
