While the rice is cooking, toss the cauliflower with the yoghurt, garlic and ginger, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and garam masala in a small baking dish.   5. Now add pour one cup rice and fried onions, cauliflower and coriander leaves place upon on rice. Now again pour rice and place fried onions Coriander leaves and add required water.
  6. Cover with cooker lid and turn off the stove after two whistle.
  7. After open add saffron water and ghee. And mix well.
  8. Ready cauliflower biryani serve with raitha.
