- Heat a griddle and place rolled paratha on it and roast on medium flame for 1 minute. Flip the side and roast from other side also for 2 minutes. Flip again.
- Now apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden brown.
- Serve hot with butter.
