  3. Make balls from the dough and cover with moist kitchen napkin.

  5. Heat oil for deep frying, fry kachori till the base is golden and then turn over the kachori.
  6. Fry till the crust is crisp.
  7. Assembling Raj Kachori:- Take a one kachori and keep it in a serving plate or bowl. Break the top crust of the kachori and create space inside.
  8. Add boiled chickpeas and black chana, boiled potato or boiled moong.
  9. Top with beaten curd, next green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.
  10. Add some boondi, pomegranate, chopped coriander.
  11. Sprinkle black salt, roasted cumin. Serve
