  1. In pressure cooker boil the daal by adding salt and grated raw mango along with enough water..
  2. In a pan heat oil than add Cumin seeds, asefetida ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies saute it for few seconds than add chopped onion and saute it till transparent..
  3. Than add chopped tamatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder saute till oil.is separated..
  4. Once done add this to the boiled daal adjust the water quantity if required.. Give one whistle and switch off the gas.. let the pressure released itself..
  5. Protien rich Masoor daal is ready to serve.. Garnish it with coriander leaves.. Enjoy it with rice..
