  5. Roll out a thin roti and fry it till it puff and crispy
  6. Boil chick pea and potatoes.add salt red chilli and turmeric in it set aside
  7. Beat yoghurt and let it chill in refrigerator
  8. Make green chutney with coriander mint green chillies
  9. Make meethi chutney with imli pulp sugar cumin powder red chilli
  10. Cut onion coriander tomatoes
  11. Take ready made Dal wada or u can make it at home by soaking urad Dal for few hours. grind it. and make vada of it by putting it and oil with spoon
  12. Assembling.crack the shell from center.add potato.chick pea chewra vada boil green moong green chutney meethi chutney dahi papdi chewra pyaZ tamator dahi chutney coriander salt chat masala red chilli cumin powder sev.enjoy
