  1. First we'll prepare chane aloo Subzi. Soak black chickpeas for 5-6 hous. Now chop potato and keep it aside. Then take tomatoes, green chillies, ginger in mixture jar and blend them. Now add ghee in a cooker, heat it and add asafoetida, cumin seeds. When they start to crackle add tomato mixture and fry to 2 minutes.
  2. Now add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, garam masala and Salt in it and mix them well. Finally add soaked black chickpeas and chopped potato. Cover the cooker and boil till 5-6 whistles.
  3. Now we'll prepare palak puri. Take a bunch of spinach, wash it thoroughly and boil it in a cooker for 1 whistle. When it gets cool, blend it in a mixture. Now take out the palak in a platter and add wheat flour, Salt, carom seeds, asafoetida, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, some oil and make a dough. Now take lemon size balls of it and roll puri.
  4. Now take oil in a pan to fry the puri. Take rolled out puri and fry them in pan till they become golden brown in colour. Now serve palak puri with chana aloo Subzi.
