  8. Now we take a karahi or pot and add oil in it. Heat up oil add cumin seeds, mustard and fennel seeds in it and roast them 2 min.
  9. Then put onion tomatoes garlic ginger paste in it and cook it for 10 min
  10. After 10 min add all dry spices pour in it
  11. When all spices cook well add boiled chick peas and boiled potatoes (we also use water of boiling potato)
  12. Cover it for 15 minutes. It is ready.
  13. Now time to fry our poories pour few drops of oil on kitchen counter and press dough ball with hands not thick or not more thin.
  14. Put in hot oil to fry and cook well both sides.
