  21. Prepare 1 small chunk ginger
  22. Get 1/2 tbsp salt(salt to taste)

To begin preparing the Moong Ki Khichdi With Palak Ki Kadhi, soak the whole moong, basmati Rice, chana dal and moong daal together in a mixing bowl with water for an hour. Heat a cooker with ghee and add cloves, cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Take out the soaked dal from the water and make a coarse paste of it. In a mixing bowl, add onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, ajwain, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and gram flour.

  4. Coarse grind soaked moong daal with ginger and green chillies.Then add chopped onion,diced potatoes and chopped green chillies.Add salt and mix nicely.Fry the pakodas.To make pakodas,in palace of this daal you can also use yellow split moong daal.
