- Mix the yoghurt and chickpea flour in a big bowl.

- Pop the vegetables on skewers.
- Heat a griddle pan. Pour a teaspoon oil. Spread it on the pan with a tissue.
- Heat the skewers in the pan evenly. Pour little drops of melted butter occasionally for flavour.
- Serve with green mint chutney or tamarind chutney.
