- Boil the chickpeas
- In a saucepan put alittle oil n fry onions till golden brown add ginger n garlic paste n the chillies.
- Then put the tomatoes let it cook add salt n tumeric powder then add some methi let it cook.Add potatoes once cooked put in the boiled chickpeas.Finally put in some garam masalla.
- Poori:
- Make a dough with wheat flour,salt n oil.Let it set for 20mins.Then cut into small balls roll n deep fry in hot oil!!
- Enjoy hothot with the curry n chutney!!
