- Take a bowl mix gram flour, semolina, salt,red chilli powder, asefetida, chat masala and make a paste/ batter and keep it aside for 10 minutes..

- Heat oil in a pan.. Dip the potatoes one by one in the batter and fry..
- Fry them till they turns crispy golden colour from both side..
- Yummy and crispy potato pakora are ready to serve.. Enjoy them with green chutney or tomato ketchup..
You can call this potato fritters, batata bhajia. It has crispy outer layer and soft, melt in your mouth potato inside. In the pakora batter, rice flour is added which helps in making crispy outer layer. how to make aloo pakora with step by step photo: firstly, peel the skin of potato and slice thinly. rinse in cold water to remove off starch from potatoes. now pat dry to remove of excess water. keep aside.
