Instructions to make Tuna Salad:
  1. Chop up desired ingredients and mix together in bowl
  2. Boil sweetcorn / peas / brussel sprouts and mix in the vegetables
  3. Make tuna, with or without mayonnaise (I like to put a lot of mayonnaise). Add some salad cream as well and mix in
  4. Integrate tuna in to the salad and add more dressing / salad cream / mayo to taste. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and basil and you’re ready to go :)

Drain tuna then add to mayonnaise mixture. Use a fork to break up tuna into flakes. Begin by draining the tuna in a fine mesh strainer. Use paper towels to pat and blot the tuna until completely dry. Transfer the tuna to a medium bowl and flake with a fork.
