In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, basil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a large serving bowl add the pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls and basil. Pour the avocado dressing in and stir until everything is coated. Drop in pasta and cook, stirring frequently, until tender but still firm to the bite.
