Steps to make Garlic bread:
- Take a bowl and mix melted butter chilli flakes and oregano in it
- In a mixing bowl take lukewarm water and mix yeast in it keep it aside and let the yeast bloom
- In a bowl take remaining ingredients of the dough and knead it
- The dough would be slightly sticky intially.take some dry flour and then knead the dough on this surface for approximately ten minutes
- When the dough is soft then keep in a bowl slightly brush a little oil on the dough and bowl cover with a cling and keep for 2 hrs and you will see that the dough doubles
- Now on a floured surface punch the dough to release air
- Divide the dough into three parts and roll them keeping a little thick
- Now spread the stuffing in the middle of the roll flip the roll in to half
- Now brush a generous quantity of butter on the roll and sprinkle seasoning on it
- Put this roll on a greased baking tray
- In a preheated oven bake for 20 minutes at 200 celcius
- Finally your garlic bread is ready
