So, instead of spending hours roasting a big cut of meat, I just use deli roast beef. It's the best shortcut and makes these sandwiches easy enough for a weeknight dinner.

- Pre-heat the oven to 180 c fan assisted.

- Add the meat in the beef stock for about a minute to heat the meat through only.
- For the bread I used, a sweet bun similar to brioche bread, but you can you your favourite bread. Cut or sliced in the middle.
- Now layer the bread with the beef and add some cheese.
- Add a small bowl of beef stock to each persons plate to dip the sandwiches. Enjoy
