  9. Prepare 1/4 tin refried beans (100g),
  10. Get 25 g grated 50% reduced fat cheddar,
  11. Make ready 4 baby plum tomatoes cut into halves,
  12. Get 2 spring onions, chopped finely,
  13. Make ready 1 fresh green chilli, sliced into fine rings,
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp soured cream,
  15. Take 1.5 tbsp tomato cool salsa,
  16. Prepare Salt to season

In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and jalapeno; cook and stir until tender. Stir in beans and tomatoes; heat through. Instructions to make Simmered Adzuki Beans & Kabocha Squash: Rinse the adzuki beans well and drain in a strainer.
