- Option 2: can substitute out the salsa with 1/4 cup water.
Lock the electric pressure cooker lid in place and set the vent to sealing. Stovetop: Heat the cooker over high heat. Lock the lid in place and over high heat bring to high pressure. Drain and rinse the soaked black beans. Excluding the corn, add all of the ingredients into your electric pressure cooker.
