  2. Get Half block of Firm Tofu
  3. Take 2 Tablespoons Mushroom Soy Sauce

  7. Take 2 Tablespoons Oil

  1. Wash and dice your bell pepper. Cube your tofu into a similar size to your bell pepper. Finely chop your garlic.

  3. Add the tofu and add the other pinch of salt. Fry together until the tofu is a light golden colour.
  4. Add the garlic last to prevent burning. Fry for 30 seconds before adding the rice.
  5. Add the soy sauce and turn the heat down. Stir fry together until the rice is hot then serve.

Only the rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil are mandatory. Throw in whatever else you want - this is only my favorite way!
