While the water is boiling, in a medium sized pan, fry your bacon until crispy. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large, deep nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove bacon to paper towels to drain. Add the pasta and stir well. When the pasta is tender, but there is still plenty of liquid in the pan, add the tomatoes and spinach leaves.
