- Add oil and butter to the wok or pan. On medium heat, add the onions and sauté until almost translucent. Add the garlic and spring onions cook for a minute continuously stirring. Then add the bacon slices and sauté the meat until cooked. Stir frequently to prevent the bacon burning.
