The ingredients needed to make Chicken And Noodles:
- Take 1 Chicken drumsticks
- Take 1 can cream of chicken
- Get 1 pinch of salt and pepper

Cook the noodles according to packet instructions, then drain and refresh under cold water. Drain again, toss in a little oil and put to one side. Lightly toast the cashew nuts in a non-stick frying pan until golden, then tip onto a plate to cool. Mix the sauces together and set aside.
Steps to make Chicken And Noodles:
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Empty the cream of chicken can into a casserole dish, then fill the can with water and pour into same dish. Put salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Place your chicken pieces into soup mixture, using a spoon to rub some on top of chicken.
- Place dish into the oven uncovered for 40 minutes.
- While your chicken is cooking then make your noodles, then boil.
- Once chicken is thoroughly cooked then remove it from the soup mixture left in the dish.
- Strain the mixture into a shallow sauce pan, over medium heat. Taste for flavor and add any spices youd like at this time.
- Right before noodles are completely cooked, drain them from the water and add them into the strained soup mixture allowing the noodles to finish the cooking process in the mixture.
- At this point you can shred your chicken and toss in if youd like to or just eat it off the bone like myself.

Cook the noodles according to pack instructions, drain and set aside. Put a large wok or frying pan over a high heat. Add the spring onions, ginger, beansprouts, carrot, baby corn and mangetout. Put the chicken on a board and shred into bite-size pieces using a couple of forks. Return the chicken to the stock with the noodles, sweetcorn, mushrooms, spring onion and soy sauce.
