  2. Prepare 1 scoop coconut cream
  3. Get 1 cup meat of a young coconut
  4. Make ready 10 g fresh mint leaves
  5. Get pinch spirulina

Organic non-dairy mint ice cream, made with coconut cream, unrefined coconut sugar, natural choc chips and a touch of Spirulina for green goodness. Instructions Blend the coconut milk, mango puree, sugar, orange juice and vanilla in a blender on a high setting, for one minute. Whisk the coconut milk mixture with the fresh chopped mango and mint until combined. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Instructions to make Vegan Mint and Coconut Ice Cream:
  1. Blend away in the blender until nice and creamy, then pour it in a ice cube tray.
  2. Freeze overnight or 6 hours
  3. Pop the cubes in your blender, blend away
  4. Scoop and toop with your favourite vegan chocolate (I used my own Vegan chcocolate :p)
