The ingredients needed to make Coconut / Rose Ice Cream:
- Make ready 1 litre milk
- Take 50 g fine rawa
- Get 1 full coconut OR 2 tbsp thick rose syrup
- Make ready 150-200 gm sugar
Pour liquid into a freezer proof bowl or tin and lightly stir with a spoon to remove any bubbles. A blend of coconut water and pulpy tender coconut meat, tinged with a shot of vanilla, is garnished with rose petals, which not only gives the drink a lovely rose flavour but also a beautiful appearance. Make Rose Ice Cream: Place the heavy cream into a large bowl and whisk on a medium speed until soft peak. Add in the condensed milk and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
Instructions to make Coconut / Rose Ice Cream:
- Remove a bowl of milk from 1 litre milk and keep aside.Boil the remaining milk. Add the sugar and keep stirring on slow gas
- Now add the rawa in milk (kept in the bowl). Mix well. Now add dis mixture of milk and rawa in the boiling milk and keep stirring til it thickens. and off the gas
- Now grind the coconut and mix it in the milk.
- OR. Add the rose syrup and mix well
- Now grind the whole mixture in the mixer jar. Pour the mixture in a pot and keep in the freezer for 2 hours
- After 2 hrs remove the ice cream from the freezer and grind it again in the mixer jar
- Now keep it again in the freezer. It wil b ready within 2-3 hrs
Add rose syrup and rose water and stir well to combine. This rose ice cream recipe just contains almond or cashew milk, frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, cashews, dates, vanilla extract, rose water, and salt. These are all pure ingredients, and with the exception of the rose water, can all be found at a regular grocery store. With real coconut flavour from Coconut milk, this Coconut Ice Cream is so easy to make. It is no churn and you don't even need an Ice cream maker.
