- Make ready 1 cup Cream

Heat the milk and sugar together in a medium pan over a low heat, until the sugar has dissolved. Let the milk cool, before stirring in the cream, coconut pieces, vodka and chopped mint.

- Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
- Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.
- Once the milk reduced to half add sugar and mix well.
- Let the milk cool down cream and coconut powder,cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.
- Churn in the blender and pour the mixture in the vessel and place in the freezer.
- After 4 - 5 hours take it out and churn again and freeze it.
- After 3 - 4 hours it would completed formed.
- Yummy ice cream is ready.
