- Knead the remaining mixture with a few drops of colouring and dusted with icing sugar.
- Press this over the white layer.Refrigerate until set,then cut into squares.
Spread over the top of the first layer and smooth out. Take out half the mixture and push the mixture into a square tin greased and lined with clingfilm. Then grease again with your hands. Grease your baking tray with a little butter or coconut oil. In a large pan mix the milk & sugar together over a low heat.
